Special Terms on Authorized User Delegations

1. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, the Customer may, upon prior written approval from Company, share end user account credentials with third parties ("Approved External Parties") for the purpose of accessing the Platform. Company’s representations and warranties shall apply only to the direct use of the Platform by the Customer and shall not extend to any use by Approved External Parties.
2. Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately revoke any Approved External Party's access to the Platform upon any suspicion of breach of this Agreement or misuse of the Software. Such revocation shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement by Company. The Customer acknowledges that Company shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to the access or use of the Platform by Approved External Parties, and the Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims resulting from such access or use.
